| Guava paste (canned) |

| Water (preferably RO filtered) |

| Onion, yellow, diced |

| Celery, finely diced |

| Chipotle pepper, ground |

Combine ingredients in sauce pan, stir over medium heat until guava paste is fully liquified and mixture just begins to boil. Reduce heat to low simmer, cover and continue simmering at very low heat for two to three hours. Allow to cool and refrigerate. Reheat and serve over grilled pork chops or chicken breasts.
